www.freematrimony.org Members who subscribe to the www.freematrimony.org Select Service hereby, unconditionally and irrevocably confirm that you have read terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

1. Acceptance The Use Of www.freematrimony.org Terms and Conditions

If at any time www.freematrimony.org is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation, www.freematrimony.org reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee.

5. General

   1. www.freematrimony.org obligation is only to provide an interface to its registered members to search their prospect themselves without any assistance from third party / persons from amongst the other registered members of the Website. You agree that the system generated search results of www.freematrimony.org are only of the profiles registered members on Website.
   2. www.freematrimony.org automated system offers match making profiles between its registered members based on the partner preference set by each such www.freematrimony.org member.
   3. The search conducted by any www.freematrimony.org member and the results thereof are automatically generated, and based on the partner preference set by you. In the event www.freematrimony.org member changes their partner preference on the Website, then the automated system generated prospect results of the Website may also undergo corresponding change.
   4. www.freematrimony.org cannot guarantee or assume responsibility for any specific results from the use of the data available from the www.freematrimony.org service
   5. www.freematrimony.org members agrees and understands that www.freematrimony.org may also allow third parties to provide www.freematrimony.org members services on the website like horoscope matching etc.
   6. www.freematrimony.org shall safeguard sensitive user information using authentication mechanisms, access controls and encryption techniques.

   10. To get better search results, www.freematrimony.org Members are expected to provide latest photograph which should not be more than 3 months old. Providing old photographs/ photographs of others, inaccurate / false information shall be treated as violation of terms and conditions.
   11. www.freematrimony.org members are expected to disclose their health records during profile enrollment which includes any pre-existing illness, physical disability etc. Non- disclosure at the time of enrollment shall be treated as violation of the terms and conditions.
   12. www.freematrimony.org reserves the right in it's sole discretion to review the activity & status of each account & block the account of a member based on such review.
   13. You hereby confirm that as on date of this registration, you do not have any objection to receive emails, messages and calls from www.freematrimony.org and members of www.freematrimony.org as long as you are a registered member of www.freematrimony.org. This consent shall supersede any preferences set by you in the site. This consent extends to emails, messages or calls relating but not limited to phone number verification, the provision of matchmaking advertising service, matchmaking enquiries and promotions.
   14. Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on www.freematrimony.org. www.freematrimony.org reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles.
   15. You confirm that the Content, information including the personal information provided by you is correct and accurate.
   16. Except for the purpose of promoting/advertising your profile for matchmaking purposes, you cannot engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other www.freematrimony.org Members. Although www.freematrimony.org cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the www.freematrimony.org Site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from other members in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent.
   17. www.freematrimony.org reserves the right to take appropriate steps as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion in order to protect www.freematrimony.org and/or its Members from any abuse / misuse.
   18. You cannot use any automated processes, including IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other programs/scripts to view content on or communicate / contact / respond / interact with www.freematrimony.org and/or its members.
   19. www.freematrimony.org reserves the right to screen communications/advertisements that you may send to other Member(s) and also regulate the same by deleting unwarranted/obscene communications/advertisements at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice to any Member.
   20. www.freematrimony.org Members are expected to exercise precautions for their privacy and safety.
   21. You understand and agree that www.freematrimony.org may delete any listing, content, communication, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of www.freematrimony.org violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of either www.freematrimony.org and/or its Members.
   22. With respect to Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Site including but not limited to your contact details, you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably grant to www.freematrimony.org the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content on the Site and to www.freematrimony.org members from time to time.
   23. You shall use the Services only to market and promote your profile and to reach out to other Members for the purpose of driving an 'Accept' from relevant matches. You understand and hereby agree that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, communications, tags, or other Content whether publicly posted or privately transmitted or otherwise made available to www.freematrimony.org members, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated and shall be at the member's/person's sole risks and consequences. This means that you (and not www.freematrimony.org) are solely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. www.freematrimony.org does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. Under no circumstances will www.freematrimony.org be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service. www.freematrimony.org reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the Site. The following is an indicative list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site. www.freematrimony.org will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this Agreement, including without limitation, removing the offending communication / Content from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators.

       4. promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
       5. promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
       6. contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page) ;
       7. displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
       8. provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
       9. provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

       13. You cannot include in your Member profile, visible to other members, any telephone numbers, street addresses, URL's, and email addresses.
   26. www.freematrimony.org Members are expected to refrain from i. Entering into any financial transactions with prospects.
       ii. Sharing of confidential and personal data with each other but not limited to sharing of bank details, etc.
       iii. Entering into physical relationship with any prospect before marriage.
       iv. violating any law for the time being in force.
       v. From mentioning details of other matrimonial services while sending personalized messages.
   27. www.freematrimony.org Members are expected to be cautious of prospects who call from multiple phone numbers, only interact over phone, doesn’t come forward for face to face meeting (physically or through video calls) and don’t involve family and friends in match making. Beware of suspended profiles status before you finalize an alliance with the prospect.
   28. You also agree that while accessing / using the Website, you will be guided by the terms and conditions of the Website including but not limited to the use of feature of website like chat instantly with prospect, viewing horoscope of prospects, enhancing privacy settings (photo/horoscope/phone number) or for viewing social and professional profile of members on their Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
   29. If the www.freematrimony.org Member fails to inform www.freematrimony.org about any change in the particulars furnished by www.freematrimony.org member to other www.freematrimony.org member, then the www.freematrimony.org membership may be suspended by www.freematrimony.org at its sole discretion
   30. www.freematrimony.org Members agree to use secure devices, software and networks for accessing the www.freematrimony.org services.

6. Member Disputes

   You are solely responsible for your advertisement/communications with other www.freematrimony.org Members. www.freematrimony.org reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members. www.freematrimony.org also reserves the right to take appropriate action against errant members. However, www.freematrimony.org is not obliged to share such action with other members, including complainants. www.freematrimony.org expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for any transactions or interactions between the members inter-se.

7. Disclaimers

   1. www.freematrimony.org is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content/listing posted on the Site or in connection with the www.freematrimony.org Service, whether caused by Users, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service, nor for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the www.freematrimony.org Service whether online or offline.
